EFCLC Day 3

Had a very strong finish to the first gathering of the fourth Leadership Community for Externally Focused Churches. Every church finished up with a solid two year strategic plan accompanied by a six-month "Action Learning Plan"--the who will do what by when portion of the planning process. I am very impressed with these churches with their passionate and commited teams and look forward to the effects of their ripples around the nation and world.

We came together as leaders around a common cause but I feel we left our time as friends
