Getting Serious About Dissertation

This week I really need to get serious about finishing my dissertation if I want to graduate from BGU (www.bgu.edu). So, I'm trying to be purposeful of spending my first six hours of my day punching this out. My topic is:

TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF LEADERSHIP COMMUNITIES:
ASSESSING LEADERSHIP NETWORK’S PROCESS FOR MOBILILIZING AND EMPOWERING LEADERS IN COMMUNITY MINISTRY

It's really a study in the effectiveness in Leadership Network's Leadership Communties for Externally Focused churches in launching folks into the community with good news and good deeds. So I'm going to get started....right after I fix myself a cup of coffee...
